Birthday parties for our employees
In order to enrich our employees’ culture life, improve their working efficiency and motivate them to work hard, XinYan hold a party to celebrate employees’ birthday in the dining room at the end of every month.Colleagues from HR&administration depermant represent XinYan’s leaders hold the party for employees who birth in current month to celebrate their birthdays.
The party is always started on the last Friday of every month, in the afternoon when the employees get together and sing the birthday song, a lively atmosphere raises in the dining room and all the people immerse in it. After the candles are blown out, people eat the birthday cake with big sunny smiles, which show happiness from the bottom of their hearts.
